You can expect your heirloom piece of jewelry to arrive at your doorstep within 12-14 business days. If you choose to design your very own custom ring, your piece will arrive within 14-16 business days once your design has been finalized.
30 Day Guarantee
We guarantee that your piece will arrive to you free of any defects. Upon arrival, please inspect your piece and let us know if you see any problems immediately. The main thing to check for would be a slight crack in the metal, loose prongs, or missing pave stones. Within the first 30 days, we are happy to cover 100% of any manufacturing defects.
Family Heirloom Program
We understand you are creating this piece with the goal of passing it to the next generation. As such, we created our Family Heirloom program- which will give you our family pricing. This means absolutely no mark up on any repairs your L&J Heirlooms may need! Yep- you get our jewelers price. Purchasing your piece from us is all you need to do to qualify for this program. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Resizing
Resizing can be a headache. This is why we recommend you take our sizing tips seriously at the time of purchase. Please visit our sizing guide for a list of suggestions. Still, life happens, and your finger size may change. (We've had babies.. It's a thing!) With our Family Heirloom Program, you will always receive our exclusive family pricing on resizing.
Return Policy
Because of the custom nature of these pieces- we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We stand behind the quality of each piece, and will cover any manufacturing defects found and reported within the first 30 days. Everyday Heirloom Collection pieces may be returned if done within the first 30 days.
